Legal Operations Analyst
Job Description: • Financial Management: Coordinate with the internal finance team to monitor, analyze and regularly report on external legal spending, including budgeting, forecasting and variance management • Technology & Administration: Manage Legal Department technology solutions and processes, and related activities • Operational Effectiveness: Work with Legal leadership to develop and track metrics to measure and communicate departmental goals and progress. • Outside Counsel/Vendor Management: Manage outside counsel billing, budget management and payment cycles, working directly with supervising internal lawyers, outside counsel and finance • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
