We’re seeking experienced, Credentialed Veterinary Technicians to join our growing telehealth team. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for tech-savvy, client-focused vet techs who want to make a real impact in virtual care while enjoying autonomy and convenience.What You’ll Be Doing • Engaging with clients: Connect with pet owners via the EMR messaging system, providing support, education, and guidance on their pets’ health and well-being • Managing EMR tasks: Handle refill approvals, prescription requests, async case reviews, and renewals efficiently • Verifying and process prescriptions: Coordinate with partner pharmacies and ensure appropriate follow-up for client requests • Resolving pharmacy holds: Complete approvals and communicate with doctors and clients as needed • Supporting doctor coverage: Monitor shared veterinary admin communications and assist daily as needed • Collaborating cross-functionally: Provide feedback to improve processes, systems, and workflows • Participating in training and process improvement: Contribute to telehealth initiatives, compliance, and team development • Delivering top-tier client care: Provide empathetic, high-quality service while following clinical protocols and adapting to each case • Thriving in a fast-paced environment: Continuously learn and improve your skills to deliver excellent care • Growing: Opportunities to grow over time, responsibilities may expand to include more advanced clinical support and virtual care workflows What You Bring to the Team • Passion for veterinary care: Driven to provide high-quality, empathetic support to pet parents • Strong communication skills: Confident in client education and collaborating with doctors and teammates • Independent and proactive: Manage priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision • Continuous learner: Eager to grow professionally and take on new challenges in telehealth • Tech-savvy and organized: Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs, EMRs, and telehealth platforms • Remote-ready: Professional home workspace with reliable internet (>100mb_down, >100mb_up, Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
