Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team, focusing on customer support and career development. The role involves assisting customers over the phone and in-person at the Investor Center while obtaining necessary financial licenses.
Responsibilities
- Support our customers taking inbound calls
- Answering questions about account balances
- Making withdrawals
- Transferring funds
- Identifying resources
- Placing trades
- Support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
- Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center
- Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers
- Build advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
Skills
