Bilingual Social Media Coordinator
NP Marketing is a boutique digital marketing agency with a passion for helping dental & medical practices thrive through innovative online strategies. They are seeking a Bilingual Social Media Coordinator to create and optimize social media strategies, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan and script content sessions, providing direction and inspiration for engaging social media content videos & photos (mainly in Montreal, occasionally within Canada/US)
- Review content created by the design team and offer constructive feedback
- Provide creative support during the project management of website design
- Attend and supervise content sessions in-clinics, ensuring quality and brand consistency
- Stay current with platform trends, tools, competitor strategies, and relevant industry news
- Content planning, creation & Copywriting, plan, design, trend seeker (working with our video editors and graphic designer), and publish social media calendars that align with each client’s brand voice and goals
- Manage the timelines, tasks, and organization of deliverables, websites, and creative assets
- Analyze performance data, prepare quarterly reports, and suggest improvements for better results
- Implement a strategic approach to Stories and oversee community management across client brand channels
Skills
- Bilingual French & English Fluency Required — Please apply only if you are completely fluent in both written and spoken French and English
- Creativity and an eye for design with the ability to spot even the smallest errors
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, design)
- Strong writing skills in both English and French
- Proven project management abilities with experience juggling multiple deadlines and tasks
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Comfortable gathering content (photos/videos) using a professional mirrorless camera
- Mature, coachable, and versatile —comfortable taking on high-level strategic projects as well as hands-on content creation and design tasks
- Detailed-oriented (in your subject line, let us know if you have any pets)
- 1-2 year of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or social media management
- Proficiency in photography and video editing/planning
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Expertise in managing social media accounts and Facebook Ad campaigns
- Working knowledge of tools like WordPress, Asana, Canva, and Google Workspace (G Suite)
