Digital Operations & Executive Assistant
Yonder Brand Studio is seeking a detail-oriented, design-minded executive assistant passionate about helping high-capacity, mission-driven leaders. The role involves managing client communications, coordinating schedules, and supporting website updates, among other administrative and design tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage client communications (email, Honeybook, Basecamp) and lead management
- Coordinate scheduling, proposals, onboarding, and offboarding
- Design client deliverables (branded PDFs, Google Docs, slide decks)
- Support website updates & maintenance (Squarespace, Showit, Shopify)
- Post/publish content to platforms (website, Substack, email, Instagram)
- Assist with travel planning for speaking & coaching events
- Take & prepare meeting summaries
- Additional administrative + design tasks as agreed
Skills
- 1+ years experience in an executive assistant, digital ops, or marketing support role
- Comfortable with web platforms (Squarespace, Showit, Shopify)
- Strong aesthetic + design skills
- Organized, proactive, communicative
- Web Platforms (no coding knowledge expected): Showit, Squarespace, Shopify
- Design: Canva & Adobe Suite
- Management: ClickUp, Honeybook, Basecamp, Google Suite
- Marketing: Flodesk, Instagram, Pinterest, Klaviyo
- Media and/or content creation experience
