They are seeking a Marketing Activation Assistant to support event planning, manage press communications, and coordinate partnerships, all while ensuring the brand's elegance and sophistication are reflected in every detail.


Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of event planning and management, from concept ideation to flawless execution
  • Develop and maintain an annual event calendar, ensuring every detail reflects our brand’s elegance
  • Coordinate with designers, partners, and vendors to bring showhouses and collaborations to life
  • Conduct research to identify visionary designers for future partnerships
  • Manage press pitching and communications calendars to keep our brand in the spotlight
  • Liaise with editors, design centers, and internal teams to ensure seamless press coverage
  • Input and monitor marketing activities in our task management system
  • Manage expenses, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with Finance for timely payments
  • Schedule and organize meetings, book travel, and oversee all related logistics
  • Ensure every interaction and detail reflects the sophistication of our brand
  • Gather and analyze data to evaluate the impact of events, partnerships, and press initiatives
  • Share insights and recommendations to continuously elevate our marketing efforts

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and experienced in managing vendors and client relationships
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Collaborative team player with positive energy, adaptability, and openness to reprioritization
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Interest in Marketing or Interior Design is strongly desired
