Communications Specialist
Spectrum Association Management is a recognized leader in homeowners’ association management with a vibrant culture. They are seeking a Communications Specialist who will manage customer correspondence, collaborate with team members, and contribute to building communication resources.
Responsibilities
- Edit and send outgoing customer correspondence (email-blasts, etc.)
- Happy doing some repetitive work
- Manage workflow queue to ensure timely completion of requests
- Establish and maintain content and documents on association websites
- Create templates and best practices for common documents to create consistency
- Handle High Volume Work. Volume fluctuates, but this role requires determination to finish each day's workload
- Edit, and eblast community correspondence from workflow queue
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily workflow responsibilities are completed with high accuracy and within requested delivery times
- Expert customer service for internal clients
- Contribute to building enterprise communications tools and resources (templates, tips/pointers, training, etc.)
- Master and utilize website, eblast, client management software programs
