Grainger is a leading distributor serving millions of customers worldwide. The Marketing Development Program provides hands-on experience in data analysis, customer feedback review, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Managers within each rotation with activities such as data analysis and report building
- Review internal & external customer feedback and implement changes for improving customer experience
- Communicate internally & externally status of work or projects to partners and stakeholders are varying levels of the organization
- Work with peers and various business partners supporting overall team initiatives
- Participate in improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or currently enrolled in college or university
- 1+ years
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Experience presenting insights and providing recommendations to leadership
- Experience working collaboratively in a matrixed environment
- Experience setting priorities and completing assignments on time
