Key Responsibilities
• Define and maintain the multi-year ServiceNow vision and prioritize features based on business value
• Direct a cross-functional team of ServiceNow Developers, Business Analysts, and Administrators
• Oversee multiple project tracks while ensuring architectural integrity and managing stakeholder expectations
Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software management, with 10+ years leading a ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience managing technical and functional teams in an Agile environment
• Strong strategic thinking skills to drive business process automation and digital transformation
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow technical stack
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change and platform adoption strategies
