[Remote] Marketing Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Association & Conference Group (ACG) is a woman-owned, virtual company that focuses on providing a range of services including strategic planning and marketing. They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented part-time Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts, manage content implementation, and leverage analytics for performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Implement marketing campaigns, including graphic design, newsletter creation, website management, blog posts, and social media/marketing analytics reporting
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple clients
- Manage multiple client communication schedules
- Create and schedule social media content across various platforms
- Help update multiple client websites with fresh content
- Create monthly reports for all client social media/marketing analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team and client teams to produce marketing materials
- Participate in weekly client management team meetings
- Complete tasks assigned on client-specific communications schedule daily
- Ensure compliance and utilization of ACG tools and processes
- Handle other marketing tasks and projects as needed
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media content development and/or membership marketing industries
- Demonstrated knowledge of graphic design software, including InDesign, Canva, as well as knowledge of HTML
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SmartSheet and marketing software (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Hootsuite)
- Quick learner of new software, including association management software, event technology and automated email marketing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills which positively benefit interaction with internal clientele
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control
- Good comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through verbal communication
- Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty
- Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, able to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Appropriate level of administrative experience and skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate safely in the workplace, able to hold self-accountable to safety standards
- Ability to work autonomously and understand when a superior should be involved in decision making
- Good decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze information, evaluate results, and implement the best solution to solve problems or challenges
- Resourceful; able to find information and develop materials or processes to meet client needs
- Flexible; able to tailor communication, processes and information to internal and external client needs
- Self-motivated, with a to stay up to date on technology, industry trends and applying new knowledge to your job
- Client service oriented, with experience and skills in supporting client retention
