Sales Operations Coordinator
SendaRide is a high-growth startup revolutionizing non-emergency medical transportation. They are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the sales and operations teams as the company expands across several states.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales & account teams with CRM management, outreach, and engagement
- Enroll leads in HubSpot sequences, monitor engagement, and manage responses
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns and engage with prospects
- Support client communication and follow-ups as needed
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate CRM records
- Research leads and new business opportunities
- Handle light administrative tasks in office and contribute to team operations
Skills
- Proven track record of enthusiastically chasing and achieving goals, demonstrating persistence, motivation, and measurable success
- Demonstrates a self-starter mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Takes ownership of tasks and seeks ways to improve processes and outcomes
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, including sequencing and lead management tools
- Maintains productivity and focus in a remote environment
- Demonstrates the ability to self-manage, solve problems independently, and communicate proactively when support or clarification is needed
- Understands how to leverage LinkedIn and HubSpot for business development, networking, and targeted sales outreach
- Communicates clearly and professionally across written and verbal channels
- Tailors messaging appropriately for diverse audiences
- Manages multiple responsibilities with accuracy
- Keeps systems updated, tracks tasks, and ensures follow-through
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Balances multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work and responsiveness
