Accounts Payable Coordinator
Sourcebooks is an innovative publishing company that reaches millions of readers through its stories. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining financial records and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring all financial commitments are properly documented
- Code and enter invoices, retrieve and organize electronic statements, and prepare weekly check runs and wire requests
- Maintain complete and up-to-date vendor records, including securing and updating W-9 and banking information
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Reconcile monthly credit card activity and manage employee expense report reimbursements
- Support 1099 preparation and mailing
- Assist the accounting team with special projects as needed, contributing to smooth and efficient financial operations
