Web Graphic Design – Marketing Development Program
Texas Instruments is a global semiconductor company that designs, manufactures and sells analog and embedded processing chips. They are seeking an entry-level Web Graphic Design participant in their Marketing Development Program to create engaging visual experiences for their website and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Envisioning modern visual design concepts incorporating the latest industry trends and major brands to inform design solutions
- Creating high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, FigJam demonstrating a best-in-class visual design
- Presenting visual design concepts to a variety of audiences across the organization
- Documenting visual design standards and guidelines, allowing for the reuse of design patterns for other designers
- Giving and receiving feedback in reviews to ensure high-quality standards and consistency
- Collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to advocate for customer-centric design solutions and best practices
- Managing multiple rapidly changing projects with complex demands
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital graphic design, user interface design, web design or application design-related field such as product design, industrial design
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating a wide range of high-calibre, relevant visual web and user interface design work is essential
- Demonstratable skills in web graphic design, user interface design, visual graphic design
- Proficiency with one of the standard prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, including Adobe CC
- Familiarity in creating and working with a pattern/design system library and branding guidelines
- Work individually or within teams that are in person and remote
- Curious, creative, big picture, quick thinker, problem solver
- Passionate about design thinking and delivering quality work

- In addition to the base range provided, this role is also eligible for the TI profit sharing program. The profit-sharing payout may be in the following range - $15,600- $21,300. Actual payouts are determined based on year-end corporate results.
