Personnel Security Analyst (PSA)

CGI is one of the largest IT and business consulting services firms in the world, and they are seeking a Personnel Security Analyst. In this junior level position, the selected candidate will be responsible for processing personnel security actions and maintaining security records for government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the initiation, preparation, and submission of required personnel security actions for access to National Security Information and Intelligence Community programs
• Participate in the processing of paperwork for Public Trust/Clearance positions
• Duties include accurate and timely: daily database interactions (DISS/NBIS, SIMS and internal CGI systems), communications with cleared personnel; maintaining personnel security and suitability records, processing outgoing clearance certifications; pre-screening of potential hires; and completion of client-specific security processes (badging, CACs, SAAR, and other onboarding requirements)
