Responsibilities
- Identify inconsistencies in routine work and initiate corrective action within the workgroup
- Prepare and schedule activities such as travel arrangements, business meetings, and conferences
- Prepare and set up presentations for the department
- Solve problems related to specific tasks with minimal supervision
- Monitor office expenses and coordinate approval of all expenses, including processing accounts payable invoices
Skills
- Prior experience in insurance claims
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple inquiries
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for handling sensitive information and high-level contacts
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with budget adherence and expense monitoring
- Proficiency in preparing presentations and managing scheduling for meetings
