Project Manager
Duly Health and Care is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of enterprise IT initiatives. This role is critical to managing project lifecycles across EMR optimization, new site growth and acquisitions, analytics, and broader technical transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and scope
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders to achieve seamless execution of initiatives related to EMR enhancements, data analytics, infrastructure, and acquisition integration
- Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, timelines, budgets, status reports, and risk mitigation plans
- Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and communications to drive project milestones and resolve issues proactively
- Support change management efforts to ensure end-user adoption and system utilization across clinical and operational teams
- Escalate roadblocks appropriately and provide transparency on project health to IT leadership and executive sponsors
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement within the Project Management Office (PMO)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management within a healthcare or IT environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Exposure to EMR systems (e.g., Epic) or technical project support
