[Remote] Office Administrative Assistant

They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to execute daily tasks with precision and reliability, including printing, preparing, and mailing personalized letters.
Responsibilities
- Print and prepare a high daily volume of personalized letters using provided templates
- Handwrite short notes (1–2 sentences) for inclusion in letters when required by the campaign
- Stuff, stamp, and quality-check all mail pieces
- Verify that names and details on letters match the corresponding envelopes
- Flag mismatches, data issues, or errors immediately rather than guessing
- Drop all outgoing mail at USPS before the daily shipment cutoff
- Ensure all mail is mailed the same day it is prepared
- Track daily output and flag errors or issues immediately
- Manage inventory of supplies, including paper, envelopes, ink, and stamps
- Use and maintain a company-provided printer and materials
Skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Comfortable with repetitive, structured work that requires attention
- Reliable and self-directed
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Willing to make daily USPS drop-offs before cutoff times
- Space in your home or workspace to accommodate a printer
- Located in Eastern or Central Time zones
- Neat, legible handwriting for short handwritten notes
- Fulfillment, logistics, warehouse, print shop, or shipping experience
- Experience following SOPs or checklists
