Skills
- Relevant post-secondary education (certificate, diploma, or degree) and 1-5 years of directly related experience in the field of work to which you are applying (or an equivalent combination of training and experience)
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Pro)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Lived experience as a member of one or more equity-deserving groups (Follow this link for Definitions of Equity‑Deserving Groups)
- Professional experience in an administrative support role at a post-secondary institution
- Proficiency in or experience with systems used at Dalhousie such as Banner and Brightspace
