Finance Associate - Payroll and Expenses
ClearBridge Technology Group is a national technology services provider specializing in business and IT consulting, staffing, and Professional Services Support. They are seeking a Finance Associate to join their back office team, responsible for supporting client accounts and ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve all client-related timesheets & expenses
- Review and approve consultant travel expense on a weekly basis
- Process invoicing and payroll on a weekly basis
- Add all applicable employee data into client billing systems
- Support the EVP of Finance and the Payroll Manager as needed
- Two shifts assisting the back office team to cover resume formatting
- Learn the full client scheduling function to provide backup to other team members
