AI Systems and Automation Engineer

Remote | Part-Time | Product-Led Environment Budget: 700 AED/month for 15-20 hrs/week (with optional top-ups) We are hiring an AI Systems Engineer / Automation Architect to automate and scale internal business operations across sales, delivery, marketing, and operations. The core role is to replace manual work with reliable automation and AI-driven workflows across the business. In parallel, you will contribute to HAXMind, our internal AI platform being developed as a side product. This is a hands-on builder role (not a CTO/Head of Engineering position). Expected capacity is 10–15 hours/week on a retainer model, with optional top-ups when needed. What You’ll Do Automate manual, repetitive business processes using AI + workflow orchestration Design and implement automations across CRMs, messaging tools, databases, and APIs Build event-driven workflows using triggers, conditions, and execution logic Design AI agents, prompts, and guardrails to support safe task execution Contribute to the architecture and evolution of HAXMind as a parallel initiative (secondary track) Tech Stack GPT-based LLMs, agent design, prompt engineering Automation tools (n8n, Zapier, webhooks) RAG and vector databases (Weaviate, LangChain) Python, APIs, cloud infrastructure, Docker Who This Is For Strong experience automating real business operations (not just prototypes) Comfortable turning messy manual workflows into stable systems Practical builder who balances speed, reliability, and simplicity Clear communicator who can work with weekly priorities and deliver iteratively Apply Send a short note with 2–3 examples of automation systems or AI workflows you built, including: what the process was before what you automated tools used outcome/impact Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
