Responsibilities
• Oversee trial implementation, management, and closeout
• Track budget milestones and study metrics
• Support protocol development and amendments
• Manage CRO and third-party vendors
• Lead study team meetings and site relationships
• Oversee biological sample tracking and compliance
Skills
• 7-10+ years clinical operations experience
• 5+ years in immunology, oncology, or rare diseases
• BA/BS required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Advanced degree preferred
