Trust & Estates Planning Attorney – Remote (New Jersey) Salary: $140,000 – $195,000 About the Firm A highly respected New Jersey law firm serving high-net-worth individuals on complex trust and estate planning matters. Known for sophisticated counsel, collaborative culture, and long-standing client relationships. The Opportunity The firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney to join its remote team. This is a strategic hire for a practice that continues to grow and innovate while maintaining an inclusive, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities • Advise high-net-worth clients on advanced estate and tax planning, trusts, and wealth-transfer strategies • Draft and review wills, trusts, and related documents • Handle probate, estate administration, and other related matters. • Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development Qualifications • J.D. and active New Jersey Bar admission (New York admission a plus) • 2+ years of trust and estates experience with high-net-worth clientele • Strong drafting, analytical, and client-counseling skills Bonus: Three tiers • Hit 1725 hours but did not hit revenue goal - discretionary • Hit 1725 and revenue - 5% of salary • Exceeds hours and revenue - 20% of excess revenue Commission 17% on referrals Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $195,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
