ABOUT US
We are a medical scribing services company looking for an ads specialist who can generate qualified booked calls from medical practices. We need someone experienced with Google Search and LinkedIn Ads, strong tracking discipline, and a clear process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Set up and validate tracking (GA4, conversion events, CRM/booking tracking)
Build and launch Google Search campaigns
Build and launch LinkedIn campaigns targeting practice owners/administrators
Weekly optimization and simple weekly reporting
Maintain a feedback loop with our team on lead quality
FIRST 14 DAYS
Audit our landing pages and recommend improvements
Implement/verify tracking
Launch initial Google + LinkedIn campaigns
Outline a weekly optimization plan
REQUIREMENTS
Proven B2B lead generation experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong tracking skills (GA4, GTM, conversion validation)
Ability to show real results (spend + conversions + CPL/CPA)
Clear communication and structured workflow
COMPENSATION
Setup fee: $750–$1,500
Monthly management: $900–$1,800
Performance bonus:
$75 per Qualified Lead
$200 per Qualified Booked Call
(Bonus capped at $2,000/month for first 60 days)
Ad spend: $3,500–$7,500/month (paid by us)
