Virtual Assistant 10-15 Hours per Week (IC-GC)

Key Responsibilities
• Write 7 new blog posts per month using SEO best practices
• Revamp 2-3 old blog posts with new photos, update new outline
• Organize videos into DropBox
• Organize photographs from photographers
• Manage weekly newsletter on Wednesday
• Manage FAQ / comments on blog
• Assist with various other projects / tasks
• Platforms:
• Google Suite
• DropBox
• WordPress
• Mailchimp
• Raptive
Requirements
• Experience in WordPress (a must)
• Experience with newsletters (a must)
• Experience writing copy / social copy (a must)
• A foodie (a plus)
• Ability to follow processes and systems with little guidance
• Intuitively organized
• Detail oriented
• Likes deadlines
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• 10-15 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
• Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
