Senior WooCommerce Developer for Custom B2B Checkout Flow (Mollie/VAT/Workflow) – EU Based

We are a fast-growing premium fitness brand operating internationally. We are looking for an experienced, Europe-based WordPress/WooCommerce developer to build a streamlined "Draft Order to Payment" workflow for our sales team. We do not need a standard e-commerce store setup. We need a B2B sales engine where our agents can manually create custom orders and clients can pay instantly via bolthires Pay, Credit Card, or iDEAL. The Goal: Enable our sales agents to manually build a complex custom order in the backend, generate a direct payment link, and have the international client pay seamlessly with correct VAT calculations. Scope of Work: WooCommerce & Mollie Configuration: Set up WooCommerce purely as a backend engine (catalog mode/hidden shop). Integrate Mollie for payments (iDEAL, bolthires Pay, CC, SOFORT, Bancontact). Ensure payment methods trigger correctly based on the client's device/location. Advanced VAT/Tax Logic (Crucial): Implement automatic EU VAT Reverse Charge logic. Scenario: A German B2B client with a valid VAT ID must be charged 0% VAT. A Dutch client must be charged 21%. This must work seamlessly within the manual "Add Order" screen used by agents. Sales Agent Workflow Optimization: Configure a restricted User Role ("Shop Manager" or custom) for sales agents. Implement a "Copy Payment Link" feature in the order screen so agents can paste the checkout link directly into WhatsApp/Instagram DMs. Pre-set custom products (e.g., "Design Fee", "VIP Rush Service") for fast order creation. Pixel-Perfect Checkout Styling: Style the Checkout/Pay-for-Order page to match our specific branding (CSS provided). It must look like a premium payment portal, not a default WooCommerce page. Clean up fields (remove unnecessary "Create Account" clutter). Requirements: Location: Europe (Timezone CET +/- 2 hours preferred). Experience: Proven track record with WooCommerce customization (hooks/filters) and B2B setups. Design Eye: Ability to implement CSS changes to match a Figma/Design file exactly.
