**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Operations Analyst in our AML team, you'll be responsible for:
* Investigating customer queries and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and support business processes and procedures
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and the financial services industry
* Participating in initiatives to improve customer service, processes, and procedures
* Reviewing processing errors and customer complaints to identify trends and training needs
* Completing end-to-end Luxembourg periodic reviews for Institutional Banking clients with private equity structures
**Day-to-Day Activities**
* Accurately investigating queries, raising with relevant parties, and escalating where needed
* Ensuring processing is performed accurately and within an agreed turn-around time
* Monitoring and participating in initiatives to improve customer service, processes, and procedures
* Reviewing processing errors and customer complaints to help identify trends and training needs
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and support business processes and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* Experience working with AML processes and procedures, with a strong understanding of up-to-date trends, policies, and regulations
* Ability to work accurately, to deadlines, and with high levels of attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and our customers
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a similar role or industry
* Knowledge of our products, processes, and banking systems
* Familiarity with Luxembourg periodic reviews and Institutional Banking clients with private equity structures
* Certification in AML or a related field (e.g., CAMS, CAFP)
