Lead Editor
A company is looking for a Lead Editor responsible for producing content and implementing content strategies for client institutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee content production, including editing, assigning tasks, and coordinating client revisions
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure content aligns with each institution's identity and marketing goals
• Lead content strategy development and participate in content audits and new program launches
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of full-time experience in editing, journalism, marketing, or communications
• Top-tier editing skills with the ability to coach freelance writers and editors
• Strong understanding of content marketing strategies, including SEO and social media
• Experience with work management platforms like Asana and proficiency in Google Suite
