Westinghouse Electric Co is seeking to hire for the Career Catalyst Program, designed to expose potential leaders to multiple departments with growing responsibility. As a Catalyst Engineer, you will rotate through various disciplines, leading projects and developing leadership skills while contributing to the company's mission of providing clean energy solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Through a series of rotations, lead projects to deliver value across multiple departments and global locations. This is achieved through planning, communication, and teamwork. Meanwhile, gain hands-on experience and develop an understanding of different areas
  • For each rotation/department, develop an understanding of the strategic direction of the department and the business environment and evaluate how business strategies align with the direction of the business
  • Identify areas of improvement and use data analysis skills to propose solutions to enhance the efficiency of each rotational department
  • Develop a foundation of leadership
  • Help deliver projects from concept to completion, ensuring agreement on organizational goals
  • Develop or support detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals
  • Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI technologies to improve business processes, supply chain management, and operational efficiency
  • Working with our teams, provide guidance for SAP development within the team, including order entry, procurement, inventory, and material master management

Skills

  • Completion of bachelor's degree with a background in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Flexibility to relocate based on the job rotations
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Databricks, SAP (or other enterprise software platform)
  • Familiarity with AI project implementation
