**Job Responsibilities**
As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and helping us scale our support team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels (email, chat, phone, etc.)
* Collaborating with our development team to identify and resolve product issues, ensuring a seamless user experience
* Contributing to the creation and maintenance of our help center documentation, ensuring that our customers have easy access to the information they need
* Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter, helping us to refine and improve our platform
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to our development team when necessary
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in native-like English, as you'll be communicating with customers and writing documentation in English
* Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (a plus if you have experience with DNS setup and configuration)
* Basic understanding of how DNS works, including setting up CNAME and CAA DNS records
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
* Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage:
* Experience working with online course platforms, software products, or web hosting services
* Familiarity with DNS setup and configuration, including CNAME and CAA DNS records
