Overview
We are a growing shoe brand seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations during a period of growth. This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution across fulfillment, customer orders, inventory workflows, and logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in NetSuite, and experienced collaborating with both internal teams and external partners, including 3PLs.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and track purchase orders in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Perform ongoing data entry and system maintenance related to orders, inventory, and shipments
Serve as a key point of contact with our 3PL partners, supporting inbound, outbound, and fulfillment-related coordination
Monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and resolution of exceptions or discrepancies
Support inventory workflows, including inventory updates, transfers, reconciliations, and reporting
Assist with logistics coordination, including shipment tracking and issue resolution
Communicate effectively with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) and external vendors to ensure alignment and execution
Identify and escalate operational issues, helping maintain smooth day-to-day fulfillment operations
Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives as needed
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination (consumer goods or footwear preferred)
Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required
Familiarity with 3PL operations and order fulfillment workflows
Strong data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting ecommerce or DTC brands
Exposure to inventory planning or demand forecasting processes
Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
