Social Media Specialist (part-time)
Job Description:
Location: Remote (Part-Time, 10-15 Hours/Month)
As the Social Media Specialist at Molis Coaching, you will help coordinate and produce high-quality and on-brand social media posts under both the company social media accounts, and the personal accounts of Dr. Ryan Molis. In this position, you will support and report to the Marketing Director to ensure all projects are completed accurately and on time and within brand guidelines. You will get to work with a variety of social media marketing platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This is a part-time fully remote position that offers flexibility along with the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
Primary responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute the social media marketing calendar for Molis Coaching brand accounts, including copywriting, advanced graphic design and creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Measure social media performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Adhere to deadlines and priorities set by the Marketing Director
• Support the Marketing Director with other tasks and duties as assigned
• Develop, maintain, and execute a weekly social media post under the personal social media accounts of Dr. Ryan Molis, founder of Molis Coaching. This includes copywriting, advanced graphic design and creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to campaign ideation, brainstorming sessions, and the development of social media marketing calendar.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 1+ years Social Media Marketing Experience
• The ability to multi-task and track multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities simultaneously and successfully
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles including layout, typography and marketing design language/standards
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Proficient in Google Drive and basic editing software

Additional Details:
• This is a part-time position (10-15 hours per month).
• Project deadlines will be established with the Marketing Director on a monthly basis; however, occasional schedule adjustments or additional hours may be requested.
• As a part-time position, this role offers scheduling flexibility but is not eligible for paid time off or other benefits beyond statutory requirements.
