Responsibilities: • Handle complex land use issues, including zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, and city development contracts • Navigate and apply local land development codes • Attend in-person zoning and planning meetings • Provide strategic guidance and articulate legal strategies to clients • Manage multiple projects under pressure with exceptional judgment Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preferred) • Active Texas Bar license or commitment to obtain promptly • Excellent academic credentials and professional references • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Apply tot his job
