We are currently contracting with experienced Virtual Medical Assistants and Receptionists to provide professional, high-quality front office support—all from the comfort of your home office. This position is ideal for detail-oriented, tech-savvy professionals looking to grow their remote career with long-term client work and a supportive virtual team. What You’ll Be Doing • Answering inbound calls on behalf of busy medical clients • Scheduling appointments and providing calendar support • Performing insurance verifications and patient intake • Using EMR/EHR platforms for documentation and updates • Supporting multiple clients using software like Zoom Phone, EHRs, and Zoho apps.
