Join our team as a Data Analyst at the Good Jobs Innovation Lab, where you'll play a key role in driving program evaluation, design, and product innovation. As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional hybrid meetings in Oakland, CA. About the Role: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for lending and technical assistance, leveraging data analysis and insights to inform decision-making. Visualize complex data stories, presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improved products and services, driving business intelligence optimization and client outcomes. Conduct primary and secondary research to measure and evaluate best practices, innovations, and interventions, informing PCV's theory of change. Support key research and thought leadership efforts, ensuring effective design, delivery, and collaboration across teams.
