About the Role

This position is a member of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team and tasks with responsibilities to include acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters; maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/scanning US Customs results; and database entry.
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues.
• Design and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC system.
• Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and team members consistently.
• Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and a strong foundation in data management and compliance. Experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database are highly valued.

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup.
• Advanced Access skills.
• Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements.
• Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications.
• Knowledge of the TSA Clearinghouse database.
