**Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients through exceptional customer service and product knowledge

**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Retail Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED
* One or more years of work experience
* A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
* Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
* Experience working in a commission-based environment
* Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
* Customer service experience
