Customer Insights Manager
About the position
We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager II to join our dynamic team. This full-time role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. While the position is primarily remote, candidates should be available to visit our office as needed for in-person sessions. Must be local to the Greater Seattle Area to be considered.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and complete projects and programs, overseeing all aspects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects.
• Prepare detailed reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs.
• Work with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, marketing, and QA, to provide value and move projects forward.
• Engage in stakeholder management and project management, focusing on improving internal processes and streamlining operations.
• Be comfortable with data and reporting, following established guidelines to build out necessary reports.
• Lead and direct the work of others with creativity and autonomy, relying on extensive experience and judgment.
• Interact with teams developing new devices and features, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with program management and project management.
• Ability to analyze engagement trends and experience in marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with voice of customer/feedback programs and survey creation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in basic data analysis and the ability to explain results.
• Must be local to the Greater Seattle Area to be considered.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platforms is a plus.
• Similar industry experience or previous experience with our organization is advantageous.
• Quick learning ability and a proactive approach to improving processes.
