Junior People & Culture Services Specialist with Polish and English
**Overview:**
We are looking for a Junior People & Culture Services Specialist with proficiency in Polish and English to join our Ingka Business Service Center team. As a Junior Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides financial and payroll services to IKEA stores and units in Poland. If you are passionate about making a difference, enjoy learning new things, and are open to new challenges, we would love to hear from you. **Responsibilities:**
• Process ongoing orders from the country, such as requests for changes to employment terms
• Contact national P&C units to clarify errors in insurance applications
• Work in Excel to extract reports from the system
• Provide support to Co-workers via email, phone, or chat
• Review company news and stay up-to-date with cultural differences and Excel training
• Participate in team meetings and daily stand-ups
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Deputies, and Buddies to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support
• *Qualifications:**
• Proficiency in Polish and English
• Background in P&C, payroll, or English philology (appreciated but not mandatory)
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to establish relationships with people and focus on being authentic and nurturing a relaxed atmosphere
• Open to learning new things and taking the initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
