We need an experienced Law Firm/Professional Services consultant to develop a Marketing + Business Development Strategy (B2B-focused).

Deliverables:
- Clear positioning + messaging (for website/company profile/LinkedIn)
- Target segments (corporate focus) + priority service lines
- Channel strategy (digital + relationship-led) suitable for a law firm
- 90-day action plan + 12-month roadmap (step-by-step priorities)
- Simple BD pipeline/lead intake & follow-up process
- KPIs + reporting framework
Requirements:
- Proven experience with professional services (law firms preferred) and B2B strategy
- Practical, structured output (documents we can implement internally)
- Must consider confidentiality and legal advertising/reputation constraints
