Duties
• Prepare and review settlement statements for real estate transactions
• Balance files in accordance with lender instructions and funding requirements
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the transaction
• Ensure each transaction complies with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
Experience required- must have experience working at a bank, mortgage company or real estate closing firm as a closer. Applications without experience will not be considered.
• * Candidates may be asked to complete a mock Closing Disclosure (CD) balancing exercise during the interview.**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
