[Remote] Executive Assistant & Partner Program Coordinator

They are seeking an Executive Assistant & Partner Program Coordinator to maximize the CEO and Business Development team's effectiveness by managing partner intelligence, scheduling, and coordination across the revenue pod.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a living partner dossier in Salesforce (strengths, referral history, verticals, LinkedIn activity, notes)
- Monitor partner activity weekly and flag partners needing outreach, nurturing, or reactivation
- Coordinate partner communications, including light-touch updates, content shares, invitations, and recap notes
- Prepare briefing packets for meetings (partner context, goals, recent activity)
- Draft post-meeting follow-up emails and assign next steps to the appropriate team members
- Manage partner tiers (Gold / Silver / Bronze) and support quarterly partner reviews
- Keep partner-related CRM fields clean, complete, and forecast-relevant
- Own the CEO’s revenue calendar, including prospect meetings, partner touchpoints, and qualification reviews
- Ensure all qualified referrals are scheduled within 7 days
- Maintain a rolling two-week pipeline of booked conversations
- Protect CEO time by controlling access and preventing unscheduled interruptions
- Manage and distribute pre-read packets ahead of each meeting
- Capture and export meeting next steps with owners and deadlines
- Track SLA performance (time-to-meeting, time-to-follow-up)

- Confident and calm working with senior executives
- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional at scheduling, prioritization, and workflow design
- Sophisticated user of AI tools and standard Google / Microsoft products
- Not a sales role — this position focuses on coordination and throughput maximization
- Experience in a Chief of Staff, EA+, Operations, Client Service, SDR/BDR, or Project Coordinator role preferred
