As a Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, focusing primarily on sourcing and hiring early career talent and interns while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles
- Sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
- Delivering an inclusive and exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Focus primarily on the recruitment of early career talent, non-exempt team members, and interns
- Acting as a strategic talent advisor
- Partnering with leaders throughout the company to understand role requirements
- Executing effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively addressing future hiring needs
- Being the primary point of contact for candidates
- Ensuring candidates feel informed and supported from the initial application to the final decision
- Serving as a brand ambassador to Shipt attending events and campuses
Skills
- 1+ years of recruiting and/or human resources experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
- Strong sense of urgency
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong multi-tasking and organization skills
- Able to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons (fall and spring) as needed
