Investor Relations Specialist
GTA House Buyers is a high-performing real estate wholesale company operating in the Greater Toronto Area. They are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to market and sell acquired properties, build relationships with real estate investors, and manage buyer leads while ensuring a seamless process for buyers.
Responsibilities
- Market and sell acquired properties to our investor network
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors
- Manage buyer leads—vetting, qualifying, and inputting into CRM
- Conduct property showings and facilitate offers
- Expand and nurture our buyer’s list through outreach and networking
- Ensure a seamless process for buyers, working with Acquisitions & Transaction Coordination teams
- Provide ongoing support in improving sales strategies and processes
- Track and report key performance metrics
Skills
- Proven track record in sales (real estate experience is a plus!)
- Strong negotiation skills
- High capacity for data analysis and market awareness
- Highly motivated with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
