CSR
PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional support to customers regarding HVAC and plumbing services. The role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers in a positive manner via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services
- Executing a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
- Properly creating and managing all customer service agreements in Service Titan
- Scheduling customer appointments such as: consultations, service calls, assessments, maintenance visits, etc
- Completing all “Tasks” created in Service Titan on a daily basis
- Assisting with back-office administrative tasks such as: dispatching, calling customers to schedule routine tune-ups, assisting with inside sales, and collecting payments from customers
- Fielding customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
- Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns
- Maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff, and department personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries or to provide information
- Performing the CSR I performance metrics
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Skills
- Previous HVAC / Plumbing CSR Experience (Required)
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
- Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Geographical knowledge of service area/or map-reading skills
- Team player working in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
