[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Collegewise is a college counseling company that helps high school students confidently navigate their journey to college. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for families considering their college counseling programs, responsible for qualifying leads and booking consultations.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls and responding to incoming inquiries from prospective families
- Qualifying leads using thoughtful, guiding questions
- Booking initial consultations with Program Advisors for qualified families and ensuring attendance, rescheduling as needed
- Developing and maintaining professional, positive relationships with families
- Managing a high-volume prospecting schedule while keeping conversations warm, informative, and professional
- Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot, including notes, stages, and follow-ups
- Taking ownership of your work by proactively seeking feedback and suggesting thoughtful improvements to your process
- Continuously refining your sales techniques and deepening your industry knowledge
Skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong customer service experience
