[Remote] Spanish Speaking Advising Assistant (Customer Service)

This role involves handling a high volume of calls and guiding clients through the business credit-building program in a remote, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle 20+ inbound and outbound calls per hour with professionalism and empathy
- Guide clients through our business credit-building program
- Use platforms like HubSpot and GHL to manage communication and tasks
- Support clients via email and follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with our remote team to ensure outstanding service delivery
Skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) Native speaker or multilingual required
- Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
- Customer-first mindset — you genuinely care about helping others
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using multiple tools and systems
- Detail-oriented & organized — can multitask and prioritize under pressure
