About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and online platforms. This is a fully remote position, offering a flexible schedule that may include hours outside of typical business times. You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions, and taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish. Collaboration with our team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and online for billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions
  • Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when necessary
  • Deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer insurance and copay inquiries
  • Offer technical support for navigating our online platforms
  • Ensure timely service to enhance customer relationships, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build lasting connections
  • Promote customer safety and adherence to our Work From Home policy

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older) and have a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools. You should also have proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting while meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills
