* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat support
* Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings

**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a kind and helpful manner
* Native U.S. English speaker
