We believe that the best ideas come from diverse perspectives, and we're committed to creating a workplace that reflects the world we serve. **Job Summary** As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver cloud infrastructure and data analytics solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop project plans, and drive process improvement through data analysis and insights. If you're a seasoned program manager with a passion for data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server Farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data gathering, analysis, and presentation * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to move forward **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure and data analytics * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data analytics platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
