**Job Summary**
As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. **Responsibilities**
As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
* Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
* Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and timely support to customers
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a Medicaid or healthcare-related environment
* Knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
